Who am I? I'm still trying to figure that one out myself. On the surface I am a mother to a wonderful special needs son and an amazing little girl. I am wife to an incredibly stubborn man (although he says the same about me, so I'm sure he'd argue that), the daughter of two parents who have always supported me (or at least kept their head-shaking to a minimum), and friend to quite a few quirky people. Dig a little deeper, however, and you'll find someone who enjoys quiet evenings at home, thinks humor one of the most important characteristics of a person, and who is still trying to decide what they want to be when they grow up (other than a writer).
I am currently editing my first completed work, Letting Go, after getting wonderful feedback from the readers here at Swoon Reads.
This is a hard one because I like to find the good in each one... I guess I'd have to say Bitter is the New Black, Judy Bloom books (what young girl hasn't loved at least one of those?!), Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Unzipped, Harry Potter series.
