Today I touched about four hundred books. I moved them from one shelf to another. I rang them up for my customers. I found them where they didn't belong. I read one on my break. I applied discount stickers to them. I stacked them up in a pretty display. And then, I imagined my book was one of them. My job, my new husband and precious step children, as well as my slight addiction to cooking competition shows keep me well distracted, but I'm excited for a new chance to move forward with my writing!
