Love, Sex, and Everything in Between
Rachel has never dated. And Alejandro, who is the new boy in town, is the Colombian-American star of the varsity soccer team and has a reputation with the girls. Underneath his mojo, however, Rachel learns that there’s a sensitive side. Not only is Alejandro a poet, but they share something in common: both have lost their dads through tragic circumstances. It doesn’t take long for them to hook up, but as their relationship develops, problems arise. Rachel and Alejandro are challenged by racism, trust, religion, and finally a situation that forces them to examine their priorities and those of their families. Through it all, they discover their inner strength and their love for one another.
